Where are your creations shipped from?
Each creation is printed in Aix-en-Provence by Corep, a French company specializing in poster printing, before being well packaged and handed over to the carrier for secure and fast delivery.
How will the posters be sent?
Gold discs are shipped in rectangular, recycled cardboard boxes, tailored to the size ordered, to ensure their protection. A5 and A4 posters will be shipped in a thick, padded envelope, while A3 and A2 posters will be carefully rolled and sent in rigid, eco-friendly mailing tubes. These packaging solutions ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
What are the order processing times?
Each order is processed and sent within 24 hours maximum, excluding weekends and public holidays.
What are the shipping times?
The processing time for all orders is 24 hours maximum. They will be delivered to you in two working days in France, 3 to 5 days in Europe and 5 to 7 days in the rest of the world.
Do you ship all over the world?
Yes, absolutely. We deliver worldwide .
What are the delivery costs for the posters?
Delivery is completely free in metropolitan France.

I received a damaged item. What can I do ?
We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: backyardwishugethem@gmail.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as soon as possible.
I still have not received my order. What to do ?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course make the payment, in the event that the appeal is made within 30 days of the date of the order and the product(s) concerned are not on sale. .
